Despite despair, God’s holy pursuits magnify His presence Putting to shame selfish goals of no value and sense His standards push His followers toward noble persistence Against worldliness that pulls them down by its alluring insistence. Despite falsity, God’s power exalts what’s right Moving His stewards to do their utmost best with commitment-light Making them to be blessings with their good works’ might As with servants’ hearts, they praise the Lord with gratitude’s delight.
