She
She gave me words She gave me butterflies She must have been everything I needed But I was a fool, slipping it away And letting the love of my life go And now I'm ready to face her I have no face to show All you'll see is a body buried in herself Wanting, Longing, and Regretting to not allow a Beautiful soul - To sought more of what means to be cared and loved and showed how complexity of love delights a hope It must have been beautiful to be invited a love flowing through her bones But I was afraid and scared and a fool For letting the love of my life go I saw her crossing streets As she crosses my mind She must have been everything I needed She must have been everything, should have tried She don't have wings But she flew Flew away from me I let her slip away, not me Keen enough — brought despise - afraid to die and now I'm dying What a fool What a fool I am I thought I knew everything I knew something I'm wrong - and I perished as you perish Heaven, I must have been there too But—I flew, flew me to Hell - No more tickets, I let 'em pass! I must have been there, what a fool of me, letting the love of my life go!
