My Dreams Torn
How could I stand, when you pushed me down? You took my hand, and helped me dorwn. I threw my sense away, all for you. I've lost my way, now that we're through. I let my heart win, so I ended up losing. I've met sorrow again, due to your choosing. I'm left alone, with this calamity. Has this rage shown, the horror's inside of me? What do you think, does hurting me feel so good? I let my heart sink, for I knew you would. My dreams are torn, all because of you. It is you I scorn, my heart broke in two. You couldn't even explain, why you did this. I still feel the pain, from your lingering kiss. Why couldn't you stay, and help the love get stronger? I remember the day, you told me you didn't love me any longer. I took all I could, but I had to break. You knew you should, support the love we used to make. What a shame, I'm finally broken. You take all the blame, for I've finally spoken. I've met someone new, to help me get by. All because of you, I felt like I should die. I'll wait here, but for someone else. You turn to fall a tear, for I took up for myself. I've been dead, for way too long. I turn my head, and listen to her loving song. Your blood stains red, though you thought yourself so strong. I was so blind, to your thoughtless mind. I cut the bind, for there's something else for me to find. Her arms always here, to forever defend. She wipes my tear, I know this isn't pretend. She and I were broken, but now we love so much more. Together we'll win, even though you left me you stupid whore...
