Suicide
In deepest shadows, where despair resides, A solemn tale unfolds, where pain collides. A poem of sorrow, heavy on my chest, With trembling words, I'll attempt my best. In hushed whispers, thoughts unspoken, Lies a plea for solace, broken and awoken. A tragic dance within a troubled mind, Where anguish festers, seeking solace to find. Oh, Suicide, a haunting specter cast, A word that echoes, a future surpassed. But let us pause, to lend an empathetic ear, For within this darkness, there's a soul in fear. Amid the tempest of thoughts that roar, A fragile heart trembles, seeking an open door. Yet, let us remember, with each passing breath, There is strength in compassion, a shield against death. Within this poem, a plea for hope I weave, For those who feel trapped, longing to leave. But dear soul, listen, please do not surrender, For life's tapestry can change, in time, so tender. Reach out your hand, embrace the light, Let love and understanding guide your fight. Seek solace in the warmth of those who care, Together we can heal, burdens we can share. For in this world, we are not alone, We are intertwined, like seeds that are sown. Though the darkness may seem too vast and wide, There is a chorus of voices by your side. Let this poem be a gentle reminder, my friend, That in unity and support, pain can transcend. May you find solace, a balm for your soul, And rediscover a purpose that makes you whole. Suicide, let not your cold grip hold sway, For there is light, even on the darkest day. Hold on, dear heart, let us journey anew, With hope as our guide, together we'll pull through.
