The Spotlight
Let things flow, Your answer came out of nowhere, Our table in shock. Kudos! If only one could know, Bring the party here, Just invite the one I like, Usually hides in the shadows. Get their attention, Uttering their sound, Leaving others in their wake, Mesmerized, spellbound. Turned a corner, too early to say, Cannot find the words to let people know, Glimpses of positivity can fall into place, Why doubt oneself? One can swear, It's in the air, phases, Circulation, it's all connected. Can go on if one wants to listen, I am no longer silent, Sorry? Yeah, I can still see that look, to die for, I ain't blinded by the truth. No one has the answers, Possible or not, Do you see the true me behind the shadows? What does one see? If one goes that extra mile to be noticed, How can it fade amongst the others... How does one want me to be?
