More black people were Tortured, Shot, Chopped, Arrested, Hung innocently. Some freedom fighters Were put behind bars Due to fighting For their rights. The way was long To reach freedom. Bright sun, moon and Stars appeared, The day and night Were so bright. Time for forgiveness Which was called " National Reparation." Some wounds could be healed, And damage fixed. Some prisoners were released, Peace and love reigned, Rainbow nation Was born, And Apartheid died.
