Silent Dancer
Oh the little silent dancer No one can give her her answer shes crying without a sound No comfort to be found the teardrop falling down Landing on her little gown Her parents in a fight Caused her such fright Silent echoes forming here Her crying heart lives in fear Shutting off the world outside Looking for a safe place to hide Poor little silent dancer my heart goes out to you Life has left you blue I love you little dancer Life has given you it's answer You don't need to feel so alone Now that you are grown Memories sometimes come out They grab you and shout Just trying to drag you down Don't let them make you frown Silent dancer you've endured so much Yet kept that loving touch My heart goes out to you Know this is true My dear friend This poems at it's end
