The Air That We Breath
Everyone is genius in their own ways. Many just waste their time prying and minding others and doing things of no help, instead of honing their abilities, and blame others when their chances pass away like grains of sand that slipped through their fingers. The others just can't believe that there are people who are better than them and spend most of their lives judging and comparing themselves to others, even if there is no point of comparing, and the rest of their lives taking a daily dose of their bitter medicine while wasting their time watching others succeed and be accomplished. Many fail to realize that people best each other in their own ways like how the moon and sun best each other in their own ways. Everyone's life is his own battle, and if one can't help someone win, better for him to distance himself than be part of that person's struggle. It is the air that we breath with others that keeps us alive and not the stones we throw to hit others. February 22, 2023 Premiere Choice No 1190 Poetry Contest Sponsored By: Brian Strand
