The turbulence of love
In lovers’ tender times of togetherness, They share sweet, soothing whispers, With smiles blooming wider than blossoms, Their joy, a kind beyond all measures. But when love begins to fade within the heart, And jabs and pokes cause feelings to sneeze, They’ll say the world’s troubles batter, Flailing affection, siphoning off the glee. Then, fights emerges, hosted in a deepening rift, Imparting solitude that conceals hidden sorrow, Making smiles fade like fleeting shadows, Darkening their rooms, turning love into scars. Could this be a furnace meant to refine with tension? To test the sincerity, to reveal the true emotion So when love blooming, will be broader and stronger, With shields prepared against life’s turbulent tide Copyright © 2023 | Rights Reserved
