As the Walls Come Tumbling In
Listen to the voices all around, as the walls come tumbling in. Screaming heard from all around, and yet, it’s strangely silent, muted. Lean there on your hands and knees, staring at the floor. Listen to the chaos around you, locked inside your own useless mind. Trapped there within your own cluttered mess, unable to stop the world from becoming what you are inside. Trapped amongst the broken rubble, as the walls come tumbling in. You filled your world with beautiful things, trying to be the beautiful one yourself. Now how does it feel, to be the only beautiful thing in a world of chaos? Now the world is becoming utter chaos, the chaos you hold inside. The chaos you can no longer hide, as the walls come tumbling in. It’s all your fault, that you see your world coming down, now. Because of a lapse in this delicate balance, collapsed under all your fears. Destroyed, are the ones you’ve created, the characters in your little plot. I hope you reflected upon your life with joy, as the walls come tumbling in.
