Breathe
BREATHE Can't move I can't breathe is it anxiety and depression that lays deep Try to recover I try to go to sleep the next morning the sun rises up and I'm back to feeling so weak I am not who I used to be but I am not at my best I just feel like a mess Let's tune in. Music comes on and I am back to that fast beat imagining my world and myself winning walking over the troubles and planting new seeds that's what I do girl this is you getting routines done that's right it feels great challenges can come my way because I got this everything is going to be ok. The day is going my way because I didn't come here to play it's near to the day is done here we go again breathe we can do this Lets overcome. but then once it gets quiet darkness comes back to a form of my reality thoughts suffocate my mentality and then I can't move I can't breathe Back to the woman who deep down inside is fighting to get out of this habitat she created and which she believes is normal is her reality Let's go back. I am not who I used to be allowing my past events to be a chaotic form of being present but I am not at my best allowing excuses maybe this is a lesson breathe. Lets not give up.
