This often causes you to get sick with heartburn. Sometimes diseases develop and cause you to stall. Without you, mortals would have no life at all. Some time ago, I learned that for most of us, between 60 and 100 beats per minute were normal. Nearly 8 years ago, my heartbeats were irregular and my heart rate was under 40bpm. A pacemaker was installed inside my chest to assist you in keeping me alive. Since that procedure, you have enabled me to thrive. I am learning to relax and decrease stress. I am learning to take naps and get more rest. I am sure that you work harder than a worker bee.
