Yet, I too suffer winter just like bats, cranes, or hawks; I grow a thicker fur coat and creep into warm places, I twist and push myself in my tail, and pass cold phases...! My coat has been growing long and dense and heavy, and hard, My walking and sleeping have turned as though on cold cloud yard; My previously slim physique has, now, grown fat and dull, Has my color mixed with snow and looks like that of a gull...?
