A Tick
Lately life's been tasting funny. Like it's not quite right. Like its gone bad or something.... Just a little bit off. And I think that I've developed a cough. Maybe I'm just getting sick. I'll be ok I just need minute. A tick. Not trying to make excuses. Just feel like all of this is useless. Maybe not every thought or feeling has to be so deep. Maybe I'd feel better if I could just get some sleep. Maybe I just don't wanna do this anymore. Maybe if I could just get up off this floor. Maybe if I just got some help or support. Or maybe I might be able to get it all done if this life wasn't so short. I just need a minute. A tick. I swear I was just about to get up and get busy. I'm just feeling a little sick. No, please don't call anyone just stay with me. Imma be just fine. Watch you'll see. Please hold my hand for just a minute. A tick. Imma be fine I was just feeling a little sick. I've just got this pounding in my head and everything is sore. What time'd you say it was? I just need a little more. I was just gonna wash up and put on some clothes. You'll have to excuse me for being indisposed. Go on wait in the car and I'll be out in just a minute. A tick......................................... CLICK
