The Bold Wind
I feel the wind passing through my hair blowing a sweet aroma in the atmosphere; the birds in the trees are flying around with glee and the scent of the fish blowing from the sea caresses my face. The crane stood firmly on top of the water looking for fish in the deep while the shark loiters around searching for something to eat; the smell of blood is tempting and appetizing stay away from that fellow. They all came off the boats, big boats, little boats, immeasurable boars and boats upon boats. They gather around on the shore knocking on fortified doors and looking up to the skies for the mystical rainbow. Anxious eyes, passionate eyes, longing eyes and eyes that tells the story of love glory. Eyes that are fixated upon you and eyes that made my dreams come through. They came off boats and wandered about; they pitch their tents among the trees and anchor their boats by the sea. It was a sobering experience to see the blood running through my brain and the tranquil sea with open bosom lay bare waiting patiently for me. They took off in the town searching for where destiny is bound. I could feel the sea running in my bones and the wind spinning round and round. And the papers that got caught up into its empty gut deposit its residue in the hot ditch. I stood on the other side of the street watching the people as they meet, throngs of them leading towards the big Stadium waving their flag for the flying man and checking the minutes on their watch. More than sixty thousand packed the stands, pubs and joints came alive and over booked restaurants had nothing to cook, they ran out of chicken and fires but the delivery man came flying in the skis. And the bars well deserved their patrons; they too were part of the show. The lit up with assorted colors while wisdom fly around like a fleeting sparrow. Nature stares me in the eye and smiles. It walks around and observes the place and bow in front of me to honor my victory. I heard a rumbling in the skies and the birds flying in a triangular shape rush through the golden gate and occupy the immediate space and the celebration begins. The screaming and shouting echoes from miles up the road and the jubilant crown gave all what they have to put America back on the soccer map. The bells are ringing, the people are singing, the marching parade around the towns and cities and that is the sound of victory. A new generation is born with lighting in their feet and a passion that runs deep and a fighting spirit that is hard to defeat just watch the flying feet.
