Writer's Block
It's a kind of hunger that's never-ending. It follows you around and it leeches off your soul. And in that moment, All you can think of is getting ink on your hands. Setting your soul free from the cage of everything that did not matter. And once when everything is done, All you could ever do is sit and stare at the parchment wondering, wondering and wondering... Why can't you think of these words?, Why can't your mind be inspired?, And everything you've ever thought of just shatters in front of you. The image of it fading into the horizon and blurring like a long forgotten dream. And nothing you could think of, nothing you could say, nothing you could feel could ever be inscribed on that parchment. And you just sit there with your mind as blank as that parchment. Your heart slowly fading into dust. All you could ever do is sit and stare at the parchment wondering, wondering and wondering...
