Xenial they'd say over the years I started poetry Writing yet no one cares to read literature Valid they are cause I only knew of it years back Upon the discovery bore an interest that still grows To new heights surpassing my own expectations So much that at times I sit and wonder hard Reeling back at the art ?? that all along lived in me Quarantined in my very soul thats my inspiration Pacified my the frustrations of life around me Obtrude! That's what it felt like learning me and the art Never thought that it would be my source of hope My source of pride for with it offers uniqueness which is, Longed for by all who have yet to discover the calmness in them Knitted in the very fabric that holds them head high. Joy runs down the very words I use to describe this poem for, I immersed myself in them so that you journey with me Home. For life is a journey and the destination is home Great men once said "home is where the heart is" For it's known the best journey takes you home and that's why Everyday I write ??? and I write some more cause it's in me Daring to take a chance cause when I do pause, it will Cause an alarm that's why I write for many years to come Believing that even when I'm gone they'll be other's like me who, Always are trying to make smiles or even drawing it on all your faces The PO£T
