Looking For Abundance
The Brits have a saying keep calm and carry on embraced it I have to the heart Keep on keeping on somehow missing a vital part I could carry on like a woman mad Or keep to a manner insane Calmness required for rational thought to do elsewise inane Three diaphromatic breaths children from the stomach a rising balloon Then empty that gut no if and Or but As an artfully wielded bassoon Every pain whatever it's nature All concerns within make without Inhale life giving air the vacuum to fill Capped off with a joyful shout Never give up improvise turn that which is toil to a game What delightful dish with an eighth pound of meat Can you create and hopefully eat free from blame While telling yourself it's all for the best I consume too much anyway Work with what's at hand or whatever you got Words of wisdom old granny would say End each meal on a sweet note Thanks again for all your hands wrought To the LORD then the cook who provided with love nourishment delivered when sought
