A Moment In Time
A moment in time As I walked into the hall were the presentation was being held, I said good afternoon everyone. While walking to my seat a stranger caught my eye, it was a spiritual moment in time and everyone else just faded away. just the stranger's smiling face looking back at me, it was like two souls communicating with each other without saying a word, "strangers but not strangers" His face was as white as snow, his eyes was the color of amber it looked like a burning flame. like a slow moving cloud passing by, I was left wondering as I took my seat one row behind him, as he turned and looked at me with his wide genuine smile my mind started to race and my heart seem to skip a beat. I said to myself what in hell is happening, it was spirit talking to spirit for a moment in time. I was not suppose to be at this advent, I only came because my brother asked me to do him a favor, I told him "no" but in the end I agreed to go and collect his award from the Publishing company on his behalf. I made several attempts to go over and speak to the stranger, but I was stop by people wanting to know more about my brother's books, when I turned around the stranger was gone. I walked away knowing that our path will cross again, " for the stranger and I shared a moment in time"
