My Greatest Life Performance
If actions most important I’ve performed throughout my life were put in categories, a few of them could stand to be reformed, but those I most succeeded in are these: Forming friendships, writing, and my teaching. Religious-wise, I’ve not been great, so not too often will you find me preaching. What was it God intended for my fate? I like to think that teaching’s been my forte, for teaching covers many things – not just my doing it on salary each day. For helping others, teaching is a must! I’ve gotten such kind words from those I taught in ESL, and they’ve thanked me because of things of value that to them I brought. A teacher from the very start I WAS. Mom says with diapers I was more than done. I taught myself to use the potty chair. All my sisters I then taught since age one. I helped Mom not to tear out all her hair! No perfect mother, still I tried to teach my two kids independence; finally, I’ve offered insights to my friends to aid them, and vice versa, my good friends help ME. Teaching others by my own example is how God meant for me to play my part as a performer in this show called life. I hope while teaching that I’ve shown my heart.
