The book tells of a blessed start of man, Living in an earthly paradise, Living unclad like the other creatures, The cows, the whales, insects and all. Their maker made them a seminal pair That would gradually fill the Earth, Enveloped in harmony And marital bliss for all couples. The book says that God loves freedom,... That he calls transgressors to account,... That all his children have a duty to obey And if they err to bear the consequences. Eve and Adam went astray Because they were intoxicated by freedom. They ate food to vomiting point, After being misled by an older brother. The book says that God made no bones about A new trajectory for the woman: "The man is going to dominate you." Genesis chapter three verse sixteen. As in heaven also upon Earth God has some disobedient children, Fleshly and spirit, who must account And none of them can escape his justice. Meantime "Your man will dominate you" Still holds, and our older brothers Are causing women a lot of suffering, Added to women's own misalignment. What's the hope for women now? Genesis three verse fifteen says The older brother will be bruised in the head, Not by God but by his agent. This then is the divine intervention That will end gender based violence Permanently on all the planet - A feat men only pay lip service to! one
