Dark Cloud
Years go by, my life still feels incomplete. Travelled around the world and like a fool, got myself stuck in a hole down some ragged street. Is this life even for me? Matters not because i used my tool. Will i even be a good father? These thoughts overide and rule. Didn't even want to be a stepfather, as in truth my jealousy seeps. Knowing i will never be the one she loves the most makes my mind weep. Darkness floods me and i feel each passing day is my doom. Sometimes i hope for an early death, freedom from my own tomb. Sorry that i haven't wrote more enjoyable poems, as my heart plays a constant sad tune. I am like the steady dark cloud that enters only to haunt everyone in the room. Excuse me as my emotions rain down silently and my lips hold tight within a damp mood As the only way of me expressing it is words written here... To strangers i never knew. Sometimes i only wish i knew what to do.
