A Funny Thing Happened On the Way To the Dining Room
i ate the best clam chowder soup today i have just been arrested for stealing the whole pot said pot confiscated, i stood by my story that it was not me nowhere near believing me, the door is locked automatically i ate the best honey cured chicken today i have just been convicted again for stealing the whole container said container confiscated as well, i remain adamant that is was not me nowhere near believing me, additional time was added to my sentence i ate the best hawaiian rolls roday i have just been convicted yet again for stealing the whole darn basket said basket confiscated, my story remain etched in steadfastness that it was not me eyes rolling and mouths curled all ugly, more additional time was added to my sentence now, obviously having nothing to lose, i bravely ask about dessert in reply, i get more eye rolling, a (questionably) sweet kiss, and a smack on the back of my head she bails me out with the best slice of buttercream cake this side of purgatory Life Is Good, and so is My Sweets!
