Our whole lives are a testimony to the strength we have inside. Our resilience increases with each stab of the knife, and it's the very thing that keeps us alive. This is not the first occasion you felt you could not survive another night; now those moments are just memories; we keep alive. You could not recall every detail correctly, no matter how hard you try. Frequently, experiences fade as the days go by. Don't give more power to the forces outside; instead, give the fire back to the child that lives inside. You are special; your light illuminates everything. Never pick between your mind and body; if you treat them right and sync them with your soul, the three become one, filling the hole. Then 'complete' becomes the new norm. Never silence your voice, we all should feel heard. Follow your intuition, not the herd. The way to your higher self is through the purest, truest parts of you.
