Thee Apology
They say actions speak louder than words But that shh u said broke my heart They say stick and stones but that shh u said toured me apart I ain’t make it no better , stubbornly prideful. Now I’m sitting here feeling dumb right beside you. No apology could heal , it’s no words that will , And you’ll probably never see me again to show you. I can’t say I didn’t mean it sometimes I feel like I don’t know you. Or you don’t know me. This was supposed to be the moment we would be closest together But as you lay there to my left it’s like your farther than ever. I’m sorry I guess but you owe me one too. Why keep count I don’t know there go that pride again. A deadly sin , plagued many men from earths furthest corner I just hope u forgive me so I don’t have to be a loner. I’m sorry.
