Ashamed
Knowing very well won't ask how are you; Understand how much stressful to be lone; Believe me, since you left all my joy flown; Know you're sad, I'm also in hardship too. Don't want to express what I'm going through to return home, it's punishment for me; There's limitation to lead life carefree. Life soon became bored; just waiting for you. Thinking of you memory fetches tears. Yes, I'm responsible, you can't be blamed, to mar our affairs 'twas built over years. But, see after you left nothing I gained. I don't fall in group favoured with their stars; No face to call you, I'm so much ashamed. ~X~X~X~ Byron's sonnets are obviously influenced by the Italian form rather than the English and possess an octave and a sestet. The Octave comprises of a progression of three rhymes a. b. b. a... a. c. c. a. but it's the sestet that makes it unique, d. e. d...e. d. e.
