Expectations
verse Thought I would be 30 one day with money and power, my way would strewn with the diamonds with my favorite flowers pre-chorus and i'd be smarty, witty, pretty i'd professional, i'd be so sweety chorus But here I am, crying on the floor i have succeeded nothing in this war my expectations turned into my dreams my dreams are failures, they're laying in the bin verse thought i'd be the coolest one day i'd be the ruler, and my greatest way would be successful, without stress with no scars or tears, or mental distress pre-chorus I would be stable, healthy, fine i'd feel amazing, life could be divine bridge (2 times) i'm normal, but i'm not ok my panic destroys me, i'm losing the taste the taste of a bright life, of happiness I'm ing annoying striving for progress i'm so a mess
