In this massive and energetic arena called life, there is a many spender thing. In this relative minute era of life, there are many adversities to be overcome. There are single and multi-laned highways, and also daunting forks in the road. There's a cold world out there. How will I find my way, my path, my passion? There are believers and deceivers, similarities and contrasts, unifiers and dividers. There are gains and losses, beauty and ugliness, lots of joy and defeating sorrows. There are fools gold of disappointments and great finds of fulfillment. Greed and thievery persist, but there's pure gold in 'them there hills'. You see, basically, I want to find me, and you want to find you. When we do, we will also find our gift to the world called 'Passion'. I suspect that one of, if not the greatest find, is the 'find of oneself'. Mr. Self was not made in China but in heaven itself and comes with giftedness. But so often he can't share that gift because the gift can be evasive, even toward Mr. Self. Even though it comes with signs and wrapped nicely in a box marked 'Passion', there's no guarantee that 'Passion' will be discovered in one's entire lifetime. I know; it's sad. You see, Mr. Self's 'Passion' is rather secretive and afraid of you, himself, and a host of other things. His greatest asset is 'Mr. Self' that God has made him to be in this world; God's gift to mankind. He hides a lot from himself and others, so well in fact, that he's hard to find. The search parties are not the greatest, and often take years to find 'Mr. Self'. 'Mr. Self' is not the you that you have hidden behind a mask, afraid and alone. He's harder to find if berated, dehumanized, abused, or made to feel inferior. He must not believe or accept the lies, and never allow mediocrity in his life. Sometimes, even when we find 'Mr. Self with his Passion', we are encumbered with so many obligations and commitments that we put our 'Passion' on hold. Nothing compares to the inner joy and sheer freedom when one finds 'Mr. Self. No amount of fame and fortune can ever substitute for the fulfillment to be found. Touched by The Master's hand, it's like treasure hidden in a field, or like pricy pearls. Until Mr. Self and his Passion are found, life is like a vapor that fades; or like a flashing flame that fizzles and departs to parts unknown. 071621PS
