Sailing
Never rich, but learned early that if I saved and invested well, things might turn great and I'd be rich. I'm well aware that dreams will turn nightmarish, but mine came true. In fact, my success is far greater than I had imagined. Several years back, I acquired an island in the Pacific and built a very large dwelling*. It has everything imaginable and will never need expanding. Many readers were inspired as they read a full page respecting me in the New York Times Magazine. Nevertheless, this piece isn't dealing with my island and edifice, but with 'free cruises' sailing far away places. Believe me when I say that a cruise ship enterprise desired granting my wife and me a free cruise. There I was, fast asleep as breath-taking breezes encircled my island. It was just past midday when the enterprise's executive paid me a visit. He came last summer indicating that the gifted cruise will depart in February, '21. My wife and I said, "Certainly, yes indeed, we'd be elated sailing the Great Pacific. Nevertheless, by mid December the cruise was canceled respecting laws by the United States. But by April, matters pertaining the pandemic were much better, resulting in a new 'free cruise' gift with the ship departing in early Fall, '21. Yes, I might have appeared ungrateful, but my immediate reply was, "Negative, because there is much uncertainty". Anyway, we have this huge yacht, and there is many a clear day that my wife and I can sail away. 061021PSCtest, Lipogram Poem, Emile Pinet Alphabet/Vowel "O' is omitted in this poem *Fiction
