I learnt to minimise my needs, and care more about others, realised how transient was life how meaningless our wants, learnt to focus more on the soul less on my perishable body, I wiped tears and reached out to many, saved lives and saw a few die…. sadness and grief, everywhere around, but learnt hope, when I saw children smile, I gave away what I could, and learnt to live with what I had and not ask for more. Hunger of others hurt me more than my own hunger, In this disaster of nature I learnt to understand the meaning of love and God! most importantly His design! My eyes are now set to be one with that eternal light .. the absolute truth! like fire brings the best in iron this experience has reshaped my belief!
