Pink Roses
I am planted in the ground with loving hands,  the rain gives me a much needed drink.                          I will will grow big and strong,                          my pink rose buds will open in the sunlight that nourishes them. The backyard is filled with happy roses,                           not just any roses but happy pink roses.                          Beautiful pink rose buds,                                          turning into beautiful pink roses. As I gaze out my window,                                                I see my cheerful garden.                                       Not just any garden,                                  a cheerful and magical garden filled with pink rose buds. The rain just fell,                                                            the flowers seem to be singing.                                        Now is the time to go picking,                                          beautiful pink rose buds singing for my table. A vase filled with cold fresh water,                                   waits longing to be filled.                                                The fresh cut pink rose buds,                                    with their sisters pink roses fill the vase.
