A True Story
This is based on a true story: A story of love, heartache, betrayal and abandonment. A girl by the name of Destiny had ambition in her eyes from the moment she was born! There was a sparkle in her eye that shined from across the room. She was a daddy's girl who loved and adored her father in her eyes he was her hero he was like a saint. Until one day he left without a trace, a mark, or nothing. At that moment her spirit was broken there was confusion and sadness in her eyes. From that moment on she looked at men in a different light. She looked at men with a different attitude in her eyes. They were not reliable they were not to be trusted at all. As she got older she got caught up in the smooth talks of boys and older men. She became pregnant before she finished high school she was afraid she was lost and confused. Her mother was not there because she was working to keep food on the table. So Destiny ran the streets like a grown person and did whatever she wanted. She didn't care about anything when she became pregnant with child. Her mother was disbelief she felt what did she do wrong as mother was she not there enough? She reached out to Destiny's father who at that time was caught up in his new life with his new family and his new wife. He seemed to occupied with his new life to care about Destiny when Destiny reached she poured her heart and her soul to her father. Who realized his mistakes but it was too late the damaged was done. He apologized to her for what has happened to her and that he should've been there. Moral of the story: your priority as parent is more important than other things
