Towards Vast Waste Life Flows
As river does, towards vast, waste, life flows, Where he loses his gains, fame, and his name; Birth or growth is a battle, but life grows, Stumbling he goes, to own that nameless aim. Fountain falls with a splash and claims, "I came"; On a mountain, high, the fountain did doze. “My birth had a fall with a Splash...,” we claim; As river does, towards vast, waste, life flows. Amidst battles, struggles, cold hails, life goes, And in the sky west, mourns the dying flame; With no pause, no groan, seaward, river toes, Where he loses his gains, fame, and his name. Rashly I ran, to claim the crown of fame; Broke that illusive crown, and dreams all froze; I groaned wanting tears to cry, with no shame; Birth or growth is a battle, but life grows. To own a home, river runs with no pause; An angel comes with love, a comely dame; In his seaward course she joins, this primrose; Stumbling they flow, to own that nameless aim. Duo toe paddling down, and end this game, Battling down, they go, and this tale they close; “Deep down in the depth of sea” they proclaim, No gains we own; one frame we do compose”. towards vast, waste, life flows.
