In The NT, The Lord Jesus Christ is the very essence of Holiness, and He is our Sabbath Rest. For me, Elijah's use of seven had less to do with numbers and more to do with "Endurance". Elijah heard something, and he was not in a quitting mood until he actually saw what he heard. I sense 'a sounding' all around.
