Little Window On the Floor
I was up in a cold and dreary attic in a funeral parlor. Looking down through a little window. On the floor in the corner among the cobwebs, As I cleared my eyes, I saw ebony caskets. Circled around like wagons in the viewing room. They all had beautifully mounted gold handles,  and carved ivory rails of grapevines spiraling,  around the caskets. As I was Laying on my belly in the dreary attic,  Looking through the window on the floor. I saw strange shadows on the wall. Going down the hall into an outside alley. At that time I heard a knocking and a pounding.  getting louder on the front door. I jumped up and ran down the stairs through the hall. The caskets were ripped apart into pieces all across the floor.  That lead right to the front door and the gold  and the ivory was no more.
