Glorious Day
Goodness filling up souls, and pouring back out Love, filling cups that quench thirsts of all doubt Over all sorrow, much song springing forth Rivers Mighty in Joy, from East, West, South, North Ills all cured, and captives made free Oil in Lamps shining out brilliantly Utterings, pure joy from lips of the mute Stringed instruments, a harp, and a flute Delighted devotions of Family and friends All meeting in great joy and hugging again Yeshua The Bridegroom has ushered them in! { Yeshua, is the Hebrew form of the name Jesus } 'Yeshua Hamashiach' is the Hebrew form of 'Jesus the Messiah'. Originally Jesus name was 'Yeshu'a'. His name has been pronounced and spelled differently and translated into many languages. He knows them, He knows our hearts from every tongue, tribe and nation. He knows who we are referring to in each language, no matter the dialect. His is the name above all names and in the hearts of His followers. I used the Hebrew in this poem because it fit beautifully, beginning in 'Y' The Glorious Day of which I speak, as it is written in the Bible! ~ 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 ~ King James Version "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words." ************************************************************** ~ Isaiah 61:10 ~ King James Version "I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels." ************************************************************** ~ Revelation 19:7-9 ~ King James Version "Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God."
