Princess of the Evening Woods
The happily, easily excited klucker birds gathered round the maiden. There were rumors that she was the chosen one, and many believed. A princess, some thought. Others wanted to know, so they stayed. As she told them night stories, her face oozed a charming animation. The forest grew darker around them but she was like a campfire. They felt toasty and safe basking in the warmth of her sparkling poetry. Her stories were of bear, beaver, crow, wolf, fox, elk, and magical ways. The longer they stayed, the more mystical she became by her own fire. Sensing her divine anointment, they began to relax, feeling cherished. Giving her their full attention, her youthful face was a beacon now. Sparkles of her illuminated as if they were sitting beside a campfire. Her voice got quieter and quieter, until they could barely hear. Other klucker birds joined them, basking in her love, feeling her power. She was their night sun. They would return again and again. Never getting enough of this ethereal, mystical wise woman The klucker birds called her Princess of the Evening Woods.
