Can I Have You
CAN I HAVE YOU? By Atsu Adaletey Can I have you? No It's not a request It's a quest Can I have you? No You didn't ask for it Cos I do desire same too You don't want to make a move Cos you think I'm gonna tag you as bad You didn't want to say it Cos you think I'm gonna run away from you Your fingers gently travel on my skin and feel like pinching me But you can't go the extra mile Cos you are wondering what I would be thinking of You want to But don't have the courage to You feel it deep inside you But don't want to fully let it out You hate me Cos I seem not to initiate But you are WRONG Very wrong Wrong cos Same here I hunger to have your lips Cos for no reason That is what I feel like eating But I have not the courage Anytime at your sight I starve But I have not the courage To eat My lips tremble when so close But I have no courage To clip them to yours Can I have you? It's a question From my quest Can I have you? It's what I often feel For no reason do I feel Can I have you? I often don't ask openly But silently And strongly It's what I needed most Can I have you? Is it a question? Or a quest?
