All Snow Kissed
the falling snow today is soft and gentle and my mind wanders sadly to the place of tears and to tombs snow kissed love kissed from my heart for the journey long brings me to my family and so I travel there in my mind each day there is not a day I do not think of you oh a thousand times my dears I weep for my loss asking why my God the snow keeps falling like a veil of white it drapes over my spirit heavy with each new snowflake that falls on me grief is part of life and it is a journey we all experience and we must accept so we can live our life ____________________ January 4, 2021 Poetry/Suzette Prime/all snow kissed Copyright Protected ID 01-1318-555-04 All Rights Reserved, 2021, Constance La France Written for the Premier contest, Suzette Prime sponsor, Emile Pinet, Judged 02/04/2021 Second Place
