Future Past
Let’s go back in time and sit for a spell, all the way back when life was pure hell. Back before trials in a lawless land, when vengeance was served by our very own hand. Think of your life without planes and no border, no grocery stores and no law and order. Imagine, your life, with no hallowed ground, no motor vehicles to get you around. What would you do, how could you protect? Could you live in a world with no architects? How about running water, no dish in the sink? Without a toilet to flush, wouldn’t life really stink? Would you still feel entitled and demand others to care? Would you worry about food if your cupboards were bare? How would you survive and what would you eat? Could you go out and hunt and get your own meat? Think of this world and where we are now. Could you live back in time and would you know how? We’ve become fat and lazy and no longer try. We expect what we’re given and believe every lie. We better wake up and smell this new brew. Let’s get back to basics and make our own stew. We need to teach our children how to make their own bed, and appreciate this life on which we now tread.
