Poison
I would have done anything for you. But after witnessing the evil acts that were spawned by you, I need to get away. I am running down the stairs panic stricken, longing to escape. How could the person I love be the monster I saw before my eyes? As I open the door, this warming sensation envelops my body. At first it seemed to be of a pleasant nature but soon it became sickening. I could feel my legs giving away as I run down the street. My head continued to throb as I was looking for help. I was screaming as my body temperature continued to rise. Then all of a sudden I collapsed by a lake. You knelt down beside me and kissed my unconscious mouth. All the while my body was trying to reject your advances to no avail. As I opened my eyes, I could see you holding me tightly. I gasped, trying to break free but the poison has already set in.
