Angel Red
It was not me who made this mess, it was the angel Meg did stress, the angel jumped upon my bed, but not in white this one wore red, She had no wings was so forlorn, this angel with two pointy horns! I asked her why she came to play, she told she just passed this way, Passed this way, I said to where? My ,My, dear child I do declare, who left your skates upon the stairs? who threw your clothes upon the floor, and who do you think slams the door? Why me of cause this angel bad, getting you the blame from mum and dad, and after I have caused such dread I dance around in angel red! Now Meg said mum this can't be right, everyone knows angels dress in white, your story I do not believe, I think your trying to decieve! Now off you go straight to bed, no supper for your lies, and up the stairs poor Meg did go with tears in her eyes, As she lay there crying and feeling really bad, she knew that she had told a fib to her Mummy and her Dad, She awakened the next morning and with sorry in her heart, told her mummy and her Daddy she would make a whole fresh start, They smiled at their daughter, their precious Little Meg, knowing from within her heart she meant what she just said. No more Angels dancing wearing white or even red, next time she did something wrong she'd just own up instead!
