For twenty-four-seven, Muse serves no matter the hour- day or night; there, firm by our sides, to convert weak themes and wrong words into right. But, time shows all Muses must rest- deserve a vacation from us. That emptiness hits hard at once and writing- no longer a plus. Their absence can last days or months, and even for years, as with me- when I let my poetry slide to do other things meant to be. Yet, one special day, Muse returns; clear minds with true hearts feel the sign to pick up that pen full of flow- and know they'll be writing just fine!
