The Act of Living
There is no morning that I'm not grateful for another day I awake with the fresh coffee brewing and my cup standing by waiting patiently to be filled with cream and sugar. I awake to the sound of music as I tune in to my favorite station because I prefer sound over silence. The usual Reggetone beats blasting early in the a.m create vibe like no other. I follow through with making some breakfast for my kids. Everyday a different menu for them to just keep them guessing Pancakes 1 day, scrambled eggs the other. I call my mother every morning to see how she is doing. Her voice brings warmth to my heart. Now more than ever since my Father passed away back in April of this year Hasn't been the same ever since. I adjust everyday to make sure I can balance happiness and sadness since his passing. Ive done a pretty good job I would say. There has been many challenges this year. Somehow we have pulled through. I'm grateful for my kids. My mother. My Family. Take the time to say to your loved ones that you love them. Hug them. Communicate with them. The best thing we can take from this year is that we have our own willingness to be kind, love and share the best version of ourselves. With that I wish ya'll the best. I wish you happiness. I wish you Love.
