We wish to be happy and free of limitations, imposed by mind body on us, to which end, we shift into silence, nestled thereby in thought rested stillness. At first, thought patterns of old, rise and fall. We observe the flow in nonchalance. Being not fed, these forms recede. Slowly, the false drops away. We feel a tranquil calm. External noise fades. We are at peace. We then rest in the void. Well begun, is half done. We contemplate on what we can do, to enhance inner joy. Aligning our consciousness with the subtle voice of conscience love enabled, in thought and word and deed, we stand erect once more, free from all fear. With ego cravings, falling away thus, mind body becomes a hollow shell, getting to bliss in permanence, transforming our very core.
