It’s reality time. We laugh and we dance and we cook and we eat While knowing each minute together’s a treat And though it may just be through Zoom that we meet To end it feels just like a crime. The life we once lived is now sadly on hold So being with loved ones is precious as gold. If only that joy we could somehow enfold Then from out of the doldrums we’d climb.
