All For the Love of Joe
This was inspired by Georgette Johnson’s poem “Savouring Another Day” *** One cold day whilst I was out in the snow I went into a cafe for a Joe I slipped across floor And got an encore Me and my Joe were the stars of the show. The cup of Joe was extremely red hot I screamed for it burnt all my extreme spots Knickers bra and vest Were all wringing wet Did anyone care, certainly not. Belle Bellevue *** Add on’s invited Soupers. *** So how much worse could it be? (I almost started to pee). I went back for more Joe And a java poke show. The waiter said, “How about some tea?” Georgette Johnson *** One day driving; got a flat in the snow While in route to get a hot cup of Joe But I had no luck I found myself stuck, Middle of nowhere in need of a tow. Alexis Y *** I walked in the snow for some Joe Despite the weather so cold I took a small sip then chugged it down quick And my brain went on overload. Georgette Johnson *** Lying on the wet floor I was cringing What was worse my extreme bits were stinging But then I got real mad When I saw some young lad My terrible mishap he was filming. From his side table he stood up to gloat Well how dare he the worthless young scrote I then seized his I phone You should have heard him moan I held his nose and rammed it down his throat. Tom Cunningham *** A diner helps me up off the floor And gets me a seat by the door The floor tiles need mopping With coffee they’re slopping A slippy floor I just abhor I remove my bra, knickers and vest And get ice packs to soothe my burned breast I then slather on lotion Which causes a commotion And puts the boss man to the test He says I really don’t mean to be rude But you’re putting diner’s off their food With your boobies on show Punters won’t want to go Please cover up so you aren’t nude! Jan Allison *** A woman of dubious renown Whose knickers were frequently down In Joe’s she would holler ‘I’m yours for a dollar’ The guys ran like hell outta town. Bill Brook *** She was an acrobatic fanatic Known around town as “loose elastic” When playing the clown Her knickers fell down And she’d go tripping the light fantastic. Her one soothing balm was her Joe So off to the cafe she’d go She drew loud applause  When revealing her sores In a place where the sun couldn’t glow  Belle Bellevue ***
