Have I Ever Told You
HAVE I EVER TOLD YOU? I have told you so many times Dear! My Darling, my sweetheart, Never I will let you apart from me. You see! I have told you so many times, Dear! I am your most trusted true lover! Have I ever told you that, ‘Off and on I feel crush on fair ladies.’ “NO.” So? Why are you suspicious? Dear, you are the queen of my empire. glorifying my life entire. Have I ever told you that, ‘Few princesses also charmed me.’ “NO.” So? Why are you cherishing doubt? Dear, you are my ablaze passion like flaming scarlet rose. You are the only one who has come so close. Have I ever told you that, ‘Twinkling periwinkles also allured me. Spreading romantic aroma fragrant Jasmine assured me.’ “NO.” ‘So? Why are you in dilemma? You are the single Maroon Moon illuminating my turquoise sky. Have I ever told you that. ‘Few evening stars also sparkled on same sky.’ “NO.” So? Why do you hesitate? Avoid confusion: Have confidence on mutual dependence. Past, I had to forget. Please reciprocate. 11/09/20 'Have I Ever Told You ' Contest by John Lawless
