The Heart's Eternal Winter Cold
The thought line can be really dull your feelings inside seem so cold the spiritual temperature isn't cool nearly freezing within as if so old So often you wonder what's going on will this ever change in my time? the heart's not even beating fast can the beat return? even a rhyme! The thought of winter shows no light God is silent with darkness all around for knowing nothing but frost and ice it seems there's just sliding ground The creator of all things brings cold but to convict and show you lack testing what you desire fpr real God Himself getting your right track When the source of all life comes in power to ignore the heart there the cold is roasted alive brings summer heat to crack cold start The heart's eternal winter cold becomes God's burning hot new creation this is transforming to one's thoughts increasing within the heart's pure elation (quote "The heart can get really cold if all you've known is winter." Benjamin Alire Sáenz - (born August 16, 1954) is an American poet, novelist and writer of children's books.)
