Brothers Cousins Sister Aunts one hundred people Ten dollars per week each One thousand dollars per week As a group Fifty two thousand dollars per year I spoke to a Manager of a nursing home who stated "Administration costs would be to high" granted looking at it from a managers perspective wage's accounting staff savings would be consumed investments lost Yet looking at the problem from a family perspective a hundred family members could vote to create a board family could then vote for a chairman secretary family that volunteer to take on the jobs without pay at the start family looking after family family using computer could keep track of the money put out a news letter/prospectus to show individual and family investments It could be run like a social club Idea on investment could be put forward by family member with the board choosing what they thought was the best Investing week by week building family wealth at some point in their future money coming from companies Might provide an income where those voluntary workers can then earn a wage from the ever growing investments Granted the weekly investment is just a seed and needs to be protected but companies like cleaning agency's need manager that are paid In the work place the idea could be started like a social club with employees Taking on voluntary positions as the board of trustees again putting out newsletter/perspectives' showing individual/Group investments Granted it would not work from a top down perspective where you have to account for costs of staffing and control Ten dollars per week used to be the amount staff put into social clubs for Christmas celebrations Invested in wealth creation it could do so much more Imagine a whole world becoming organised to make these investments work Universities bringing groups together using group investment to build companies Restaurants, solar power, hospitals and farms Granted Co-operatives don't work you need to put one person at the top with a board to make decisions and act to many cooks spoil the broth Unless you have one person that can make decisions you paralyse your companies with conflicting ideas we need to vote for the person we trust and vote against the person that fails from the little seed grows the great oak tree your ten dollars is the seed overcoming world problems Is the great oak tree every company needs to improve their economy working together we can improve
